Dear Friends,

After 30 years in business and 35 years in the executive search industry, I’m sharing the heartfelt news of my retirement and the closing of NS Charney & Associates. It’s been a privilege to specialize in the medical device industry nationwide and to work alongside incredible professionals and organizations like yours.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of my journey has been helping candidates transition in their careers—whether guiding military veterans into civilian roles or supporting professionals in finding new opportunities to grow and provide for their families. Equally rewarding has been helping clients build and develop strong teams, watching companies evolve and thrive as a result.

The friendships that formed through this work—many of which began in a professional setting—have been among the greatest gifts of this career. I’m deeply grateful for the trust, camaraderie, and shared purpose we’ve experienced over the years.

As I step away from the business, I carry with me not just countless memories, but a deep sense of fulfillment. Thank you for being such an important part of this chapter in my life.
